TNT Last Minute Information
Please find some last minute instructions you may need to help you be ready for the event.
Attached to this email is the mud map with directions from Perth to the track, the actual address is: WA Ride Park Gardiner Road, Brazier, WA
Also attached is the Supplementary Regulations with most of the information you will need, although I will reiterate most here.
Each entrant is allocated two passes one rider, one mechanic.
Should you have more crew that requires entry they can pay at the gate upon entry.
Adults $15.00 Children 5-15 yrs $5.00
When you arrive at the venue make your way to the sign on/registration desk, you will be required to sign on and show your licence and club membership.
You will be issued with an adhesive number to place on the front plate of your bike, if, you do not already have permanent numbers.
Once signed on you proceed to scrutineering to have your bike and gear examined, as you pass through scrutineering you will be issued with an Adhesive chip which is your electronic timing device a volunteer will place it on your bike, if you do not get a chip you will not be scored.

What you need to bring:
You must provide at sign on your MWA Licence and juniors will need to show their Log Book signed off for the capacity bike they are riding.
Licence Certificates issued by Motorcycling Western Australia will be accepted.
If you have been issued with a One day Licence please bring a copy with you either printed or on your phone.
At this point in time, we are unsure if the group commissioned to Track Marshall and Flag Marshall will be able to make it, if not we will ask for volunteers to fill these roles, we will offer $50.00 per Flag Point per session. Should you be able to help out can you please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and i will generate a list of Flag Marshalls.
I have given up completely on the online booking section for camping my apologies, it seemed an easy add-on umm wrong, so you can pay at the gate upon arrival $5.00 per person over 5 years. There are no facilities, no showers only toilets, no fires allowed, no drinking water.
I have allocated numbers to those that have indicated they do not have a number, they will be available for you as registration.
If you are under 18 years of age we require you to have a guardian to sign for you, if you are not attending TNT The New Tumbulgum with your parents it is a requirement that you have a guardianship form signed by your parent giving permission for the Adult with you to act on their behalf. This form must be completed prior to coming to the event. The form is attached to this email.
It is against the Liquor act to bring alcohol into the venue as it is Licenced.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please be aware under the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport Code of Conduct the behavior of your Crew and associates reflects upon you. Anti social behavior, abuse of officials and any other undesirable behavior may lead to you being evicted from the event.
Dogs are not permitted at a Motorcycling Australia events, Guide dogs Excepted, please ask your crew not to bring their dogs into the event as it compromises our permits and puts our officials under unnecessary pressure to try to evict the animals owners.
Food Bar Coffee
Café 2 U will be onsite for Coffee and Cold Drinks. JD’S Food Van will be onsite and we will have a licenced Bar running for the weekend.
Pit bikes are not permitted into the venue and every motorized recreational vehicle will be treated as a pit bike, failing to abide by this rule will see you evicted from the event and any further events hosted by Dirt High Promotions.
