NOTE:

CAMPING AND GENERAL ADMISSION ARE TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS PAYING FOR CAMPING IS NOT ENTRY INTO THE EVENT.

CAMPING INFORMATION MANJIMUP 15,000 2018

To manage risk and comply with The Shire of Manjimup and Motorcycling WA requirements the following regulations have been put in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all campers at Manjimup.

Camping is only for riders, crew and officials. Anyone caught cheating the system will be removed will all parties associated with them.

You will sign in with the camp manager upon entry where your vehicle will be identified and your crew will be issued with camper specific wristbands.

You may only camp in the designated camping area, you may pit from your camp but you may not camp from the pits.

There is one-way traffic through the entire venue in an anti-clockwise direction the entry is through the main gate off the South West Highway and the exit through gate two onto Cosy Creek road.

You will receive a site plan on entry; only Motorhomes can camp in the area near the exit gate.

After 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, the pits will be closed to all vehicles.

Anyone found in the camping area after a nominated time without a wristband will be asked to leave.

Modern Toilets and Showers will be onsite for the convenience of campers only; a designated worker will keep the conveniences clean and tidy for the entire weekend only those with wristbands may these facilities.

Entry Gate will close at 9:00 pm unless by prior arrangement with camp manager, this is to alleviate random persons driving into the grounds that have no business to be there.

Entry gate re-opens 5:45 am Saturday and Sunday.

Lighting Towers will be turned off at approximately 10:0pm each night.

Drunkenness and bad behaviour are unacceptable and anyone found to be displaying this type of behaviour will be asked to leave the campgrounds along with those they are associated with.

For your camping convenience we will provide:

Lighting towers, Showers and Toilets, Security, Camp Manager

Each evening in the Die Back Tavern area there will be entertainment and a small fire.

Campfires

Are permitted but must be small and contained, maximum campfire size 0.5 cubic metres.

No fires between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm

Whoever starts the fire is responsible for it.

Noise Restrictions

No loud music from any campsite at any time.

No Loud generators

Pit Bikes

Under no circumstances can you bring a Pit Bike into the venue or the campgrounds, vehicles will be checked, you will be asked to leave the venue if you arrive with a pit bike.

Departure

 All campers will be required to vacate the premises by 11:00 am on Monday morning.

You are required to leave your campsite without rubbish, skip bins will be supplied to put your rubbish into, anything that does not fit into the bin please take with you.

Please do not leave rubbish on fire sites remove anything from the campfire that is not meant to be there.
