Brookton Last minute Info

Hello Competitors

Please find some last minute instructions you may need to help you be ready for the event.

There is no spectator admission charge for this event, therefore you will not need wristbands or passes.

When you arrive at the venue make your way to the sign on/registration desk, you will be required to sign on and show your licence and club membership. At Registration you will receive a schedule of events for the day indicating the order of practice and racing.

Once signed on you proceed to Scrutineering to have your bike and gear examined.

THERE ARE NO TEAR OFFS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT PLEASE PREPARED YOURSELF WITH ROLL OFFS OR ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE

Schedule:

Pits Open 7:00am

Scrutineering 7:05am to 8:15am

Pits Close 8:10am

Riders Meeting 8:20am

Practice 8:30am

What you need to bring:

You must be a member of a club affiliated with Motorcycling Australia/Western Australia to ride this event, a copy of your membership card or proof of membership is required at sign on.

You must also provide at sign on your MWA Licence.

Licence Certificates issued from Motorcycling Western Australia will be accepted.

Bike Numbers:

Teams will be issued with numbers at registration.

Camping:

If you are camping you can come in on Saturday afternoon, there are no showers only portable toilets.

UNDER 18:

If you are under 18 years of age we require you to have a guardian to sign for you, if you are not attending with your parents it is a requirement that you have a guardianship form signed by your parent giving permission for the Adult with you to act on their behalf. This form must be completed prior to coming to the event. You can download this form from www.motorcyclingwa.org.au > Clubs > For Club Secretaries > Forms > Guardianship Form.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Please be aware under the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport Code of Conduct the behaviour of your Crew and associates reflects upon you. Anti social behaviour, abuse of officials and any other undesirable behaviour may lead to you being evicted from the event.

DOGS:

Dogs are not permitted at a Motorcycling Australia events, Guide dogs Excepted, please ask your crew not to bring their dogs into the event as it compromises our permits and puts our officials under unnecessary pressure to try to evict the animals owners.
